Group Booking Policy

Definition of a Group Booking
A group booking applies to ten (10) or more passengers traveling together on the same flight, date, and itinerary under a single booking reference.
Eligibility for Group Booking Rates
• Group booking rates are not available online and must be requested directly.
• To access special group fares and conditions, customers must email: reservations@skywardairlines.co.ke
• Group rates are subject to availability, route, seasonality, and operational considerations.
Request & Quotation Process
To request a group booking, the following details must be provided:
• Travel dates and preferred flight(s)
• Route(s)
• Number of passengers
• Passenger type (adults/children, if applicable)
• Contact details of the group coordinator
A formal quotation will be issued outlining:
• Group fare
• Payment deadlines
• Ticketing conditions
• Applicable terms and conditions
Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure group space.
• Full payment must be completed by the deadline specified in the quotation.
• Failure to meet payment timelines may result in automatic release of the group booking.

Parcel Delivery

Skyward Airlines offers fast, reliable cargo and parcel delivery services across our network. Ship parcels conveniently at KSh 350 per kg.
Special items such as phones, laptops, original certificates, IDs, passports, log books, receipt books and cheque books are charged at KSh 1,050 per piece.

  • Flights to Mombasa (Jet Aircraft): Ksh 2,600 for an extra bag up to 23 Kg.
  • Flights to Malindi, Ukunda, Vipingo, Lamu, Nairobi, Eldoret, Kitale, Lodwar, Migori (Propeller Aircraft): Ksh 1,950 for an extra bag up to 15 Kg.
  • Excess baggage (Kenya flights): Ksh 390 per Kg.
  • Flights to Dar es Salaam: $20 for an extra bag up to 23 Kg.
  • Excess baggage (Dar es Salaam flights): $3 per Kg.
