Skyward Airlines reserves the right to change departure times or carrier when so required for operational‚ weather or safety reasons.
Skyward Airlines is not responsible for any direct or consequential costs resulting from any delays to its services and particularly if a delay results in missing a connection to another carrier-domestic or international. Skyward Airlines only guarantees a connection to another flight operated by Skyward Airlines.
Itinerary changes on a confirmed ticket must be made by sending an email to reservations@skywardairlines.co.ke
Reservation changes must be done 6 hours before the flight departure time. If this is not done and the passenger doesn’t travel then the entire fare is forfeited.
Change of reservation (Date & Time) is allowed at USD 17 per person and if at the time of change the original fare is not available‚ the next higher fare will be applicable hence a fare difference charged.
Name changes allowed at a fee of USD 30 per person.
Re-routing is allowed at USD 35 per person. Any fare difference at the time of change must be paid by the passenger.
The check-in counter opens 1 hour 30 minutes before flight departure and closes 40 minutes prior to departure.
No-show tickets are Non-reusable and Non-refundable.
All passengers must present a valid photo ID at check-in, such as a National ID card or Passport. For minors (under 18 years) and infants (0–23 months), a School ID, Birth Certificate, or Birth Notification is required.
Free baggage allowance at Wilson Airport: Each passenger is allowed 1 checked-in bag (maximum 15 kg) and 1 hand luggage item (maximum 5 kg).
Each passenger is allowed 1 checked bag (maximum 23 kg) and 1 hand luggage item (maximum 7 kg).
Infants not occupying a seat are allowed 1 hand luggage item (maximum 5 kg) and a fully collapsible stroller.

Reprinting boarding passes incurs a fee of USD 20 per passenger.
A Skyward Airlines ticket is valid for 3 months from the date of first travel.
All firearms and ammunition must be declared at check-in.

Passengers between 29 and 35 weeks of pregnancy must present a doctor’s note issued within 48 hours of departure. Passengers over 36 weeks are not permitted to fly. For more details, visit Skyward Airlines – Expectant Mothers.
